Marketing consent: By becoming a Member, the Member provides their express consent on EverID App business customer:
(a) sending the Member marketing communications including via direct SMS and advertising or other digital means, including:
(b) news and offers for EverID Business Members;
(c) Takeaway order updates via phone or SMS
The EverID Customer Member can opt-out of receiving all or any of communications listed above by notifying EverID Business Member directly via phone
Opting out of these communications will impact EverID Business Member ability to provide the Member with all the benefits that would otherwise be available to the Member as part of Membership.
